The association Entre Chefs et Périgord is above all a place for fun and frank exchanges between a passionate band of friends and « bon vivants ». The meetings are a pretext for sharing a dish, a product, an address, a joke… And from this was born the desire to produce a book about the exceptional products that the Périgord produces and their interpretation by very different personalities.
